The Urban Rebounder Series Compilation 1 consists of 6 workouts: First Timers, Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Senior 'abdominal workouts' and Abdominal. Available on VHS or DVD. First Timers Urban Rebounding is a mixture of instruction 'abdominal workouts' and a short workout. The workout is designed for people who have never been on the Urban Rebounder. The participant will still break a sweat. Length: 28 minutes. The Basic Urban Rebounding workout is a beginning level workout. The participant will become familiar with the Urban Rebounder 'abdominal workouts' and learn the 7 core moves. The core moves are then combined in an add-on workout sequence, followed by sports specific moves. Length: 39 minutes. The Intermediate Urban Rebounding workout is a 45 minute workout that combines the basic core postures with intermediate hi-low moves 'abdominal workouts' and sports specific exercises. Length: 57 minutes. Advanced Urban Rebounding is an intense cardiovascular workout that combines all postures from the First Timers, Basic 'abdominal workouts' and Intermediate. The workout also includes many directional changes 'abdominal workouts' and new postures. Length: 39 minutes. Oldies but Goodies Senior Urban Rebounding is a fun 'abdominal workouts' and effective workout for seniors or individuals that are deconditioned. The workout uses the stabilizing bar, giving people an added balancing device. Length: 30 minutes. Abdominal Urban Rebounding is an intense abdominal workout done entirely on the Urban Rebounder. The soft surface of the Urban Rebounder makes the Abdominal program a whole lotta fun! This workout is a challenge. Length: 23 minutes.
